Offerings

Fee

I am private-pay only. My fee for a 50-minute individual session is on a self-select sliding scale from $200-$150. I do not take any insurances but can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.

Therapy

My practice is somatic (body-based), present-moment focused and intuitive. I’m passionate about supporting folks in returning home to their bodies. When we work at the level of the mind, we continue to reinforce our “stories” about who we are and what happened to us.  By recognizing and allowing ourselves to be with emotions in the body, we can achieve fulfilling, long-lasting results in our lives. I trust that your body has all the information that you need to live a joyful, peaceful life.

My background is in trauma work, specifically with survivors of sexual assault, people who have lost someone in a traumatic way, and folks navigating PTSD. I enjoy working with adults, young adults and teenagers 16 years and older. I work with a range of other concerns and am happy to discuss those in a consultation.

I work from the understanding there is a part of us that is already whole and healed. Through therapy we can cultivate an access point to this higher self. We practice ushering our habitual emotional and mental patterns into our awareness in order to remove blockages to the person we’d love to be and to live the life we’d love to live.

I aim to support people in divesting from narratives about self-pathology, to rewrite their stories in empowering ways, and to feel more grounded and more joyful in their daily lives. I believe in your wholeness and want to support you in feeling that in yourself.

Logistics

Telehealth

All appointments are virtual. I provide therapy and clinical supervision for people located all over the globe. If you are interested in insurance reimbursement or need hours for licensure, you must be located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey or New York.

Clinical Supervision

I enjoy supervising both licensed clinical social workers and social workers pursuing licensure. I like co-creating what the supervision space can look like. I provide supervision in a manner that models therapeutic interventions versus solely explaining interventions. I pull from Gestalt Therapy and Internal Family Systems. My supervision focuses on trauma-informed, somatic- and mindfulness-based practice. My practice is highly relational and that is mirrored in the supervisory space.

I believe that working from a place of authenticity potentiates healing possibilities in therapeutic practice. I love supporting social workers in discovering and expanding on their unique gifts in order to establish a practice that is easeful and fulfilling.
